“I recently had some healing sessions with Gudrun. I had no idea what to expect but I kept an open mind .
Straightaway Gudrun made me feel comfortable, at ease to talk about anything. Within minutes she had an amazing knowledge of my upbringing, my character and the things that are holding me back in life.
She taught me how to call in my spirit animals to bring out the best in me, a special gift I can use every day to help me do the things I love, to be happy and keep me spiritually well instead of the oppression and depression that’s kept me , my family and ancestors stuck for years.
It’s hard to put into words what an amazing, magical experience it is and this is why I’d recommend anyone to try it.
It is such an uplifting and very personal experience.
I must mention one thing that this healing helped me so much with and that was grief.
It’s been nearly 10 years since my Mam died but I was still holding onto so much overwhelming sadness and guilt.
Gudrun worked her magic over 2 sessions and I can honestly say that something completely shifted in me and I finally felt like I could let go. This was such a powerful experience, one that was truly needed. I even received a little gift from heaven during this time but that’s another story!
I don’t have a single negative thing to say about any of Gudrun’s healing. It’s truly one of the kindest and best things I’ve ever done for myself.

If you’re not working with Gudrun Christine Fritz then you’re an idiot.
I said what I said.
On the 5/5 portal I was called to do some ritual work but had been told to do some energy cleansing first.
So naturally I reached out to My team at The Blue Rose for some extra assistance bc I felt led to.
Those who know Me, know I live in South Africa and near a cemetery. You’re also aware of the atrocities done to the natives of the land.
Gudrun did some remote work from the UK connecting to the spirits on the property and the souls buried beneath our feet, lost to time and memory, just wanted to share their pain and hear I’m Sorry before moving on.
Now, everyone who knows Me knows that weird sh*t happens around Me – in fact I was “fondly” known as Sabrina at school bc

This property was no different with the souls trying to get our attention by closing doors while My kids are on calls with their friends – and other things – but it’s a normal part of My life so we thought nothing really of it 
Gudrun communicated with them and gave Me very specific instructions on what to do and how to speak to them as I was just going to sage TF out of the place before My ritual 
. I spoke to them and they gave Me images of their pain and suffering and I wept and wept while asking forgiveness on behalf of My ancestors and Myself in Afrikaans 
while sageing TF out of the place of course 
The next day I needed a follow up which Gudrun said was an intense session for her. And said that I Am doing important work by healing the past – which is what I do in My work so it seemed natural that the souls would be drawn to Me to move on.
With Gudrun’s guidance, the souls have moved on in peace and our roommates are no more.
